Missing .NET Compact Framework or requires a later version

All our Windows installer version of the software includes all the necessary files to run the application. Download the Windows Installer version of the product and install again.

Or if you want to install the .NET Compact Framework directly onto your device you can download the .NET Compact Framework CAB installer.

Registration code does not work or require a new registration code

For lost registration code or problems registering one of our product please send an email to support@binaryfish.com. You must include the following information:

• Product name
• Owner Name
• Version
• Checksum

These information are found on the Registration Failed Dialog.

How to install the game/application to the device

Windows Installer instructions Connect your Windows Mobile device to your desktop using ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center. Run the setup.exe file located in the ZIP file. ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center will install using the desktop pass-through feature to your device.

CAB Installer instructions You can download the file directly to your desktop using Internet Explorer. Then, using the ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center "Explore" feature, you can then copy the CAB file to your Windows Mobile device. Or you can download directly from Pocket Internet Explorer for Over-the-Air (OTA) installation. Once the file is on the device, you can use "File Explorer" to browse to the file and tap on it to install.

How to change device Owner Name

Pocket PC: From the Today screen, tap Start > Settings > Personal tab > Owner Information and enter your name in the Name box.

Smartphone: From the Today screen, tap Start > Settings > More > Owner Information and enter your name in the Name box.
